Brad has been the Company Secretary of WUA since 2016 and is the Risk and Compliance Officer. Brad has management oversight of WUA’s risk management and compliance framework. The Risk and Compliance Officer maintains a close working relationship with regulators, contractors and suppliers to ensure the operations of the business are delivered safely, with quality and that compliance with all laws and regulations are maintained.
Prior to joining Water Utilities Australia, Brad was a lawyer with Master Builders Australia providing advice to members in industrial relations law and construction contracts. Brad has also worked in the construction, mining and resources sectors as a quality, health & safety and environmental manager.
Brad holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Adelaide, a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Australian National University and a Bachelor of Laws from Flinders University.
