The report has been established to set the benchmark of Water Utilities Australia's current sustainability practices. This will enable performance tracking over the coming years as the focus remains on continual improvement.

United Nations Sustainable Development Goals
Lightsview ReWater supports the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) where possible throughout the business. The 17 SDGs were established at the United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development in 2012, replacing the Millennium Development Goals. The SDGs were established to address the challenges the world faces related to poverty, climate, inequality, health, economic development, environmental degradation, peace and justice. Lightsview ReWater’s progress in contributions towards meeting the 17 SDGs is published in WUA’s annual Sustainability Report.
